Boosting Immunity - Stress Resilience Protocol
Boosting Immunity - Stress Resilience Protocol
This lecture discusses ways to utilize our body's reflexes to help resist disease.
The MNRI® sensory-motor exercises are categorized into specific protocols that support the integrity of the nervous system, neuroplasticity, stress resilience, and immunity — all integral elements of daily well-being. These research-based exercises recruit your inner potential by supporting the integration of genetically encoded reflex patterns that ensure positive protection and survival on a neurophysiological level.
The MNRI® reflex pattern exercises remind our bodies during this time of acute stress that we do have resources to strengthen our stress resilience and to maintain or improve our immunity to fight off unhealthy viruses. We can do this by improving our ability to move out of reaction into action; even out our breathing patterns to use the natural inhale to manage acute stress; strengthen overall immunity to outside invaders; live as a fairly even flow of events with a stable response; and find ourselves able to activate positive protection.
